The governance of the affairs of the National Energy Skills Centre is vested in the Board of Governors which is comprised of duly appointed representatives of some of the most highly recognised organisations in the country. In accordance with NESC’s by-laws, the Board has appointed committees from amongst its members and has delegated part of its duties and powers to these committees as follows:

• Training and Development Committee
• Finance and General Purposes Committee
• Tender Awards Committee
• Audit Committee
