The NESC Automotive Services Technician programme is geared towards preparing trainees for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining modern automobiles. Faulty operations are located using diagnostic equipment, manufacturers’ specifications and service manuals. Non-operational components are replaced, reassembled, adjusted and tested. Automotive service technicians may also perform scheduled maintenance services and advise customers on work performed, general vehicle conditions and future repair requirements.
