Customised/Sponsored Training

Customised programmes have a dual purpose. Firstly, to assist organizations in the development of their staff to meet their technical training needs. An existing NESC programme offering can be customised to meet the needs of its clients. This is done collaboratively with the client based on duration, target group and skills requirement of their staff. Our design team of industry experts, instructors and curriculum designers can develop a flexible training solution that is specifically fit for the specific industry. We can pull from our existing curriculum and/or will work with you to design a new solution. We’ll ensure the delivery method is the most effective for the type of training.

Secondly, more organisations have been sponsoring training programmes within their communities. These programmes strive to lay out the essential prerequisites for economic and social progress for our nationals in a sustainable way. These opportunities assist in adapting to changing needs of the population that it serves and improve quality of life.
