Graduates are prepared for entry-level employment as maintenance craftsmen in apartment complexes, healthcare facilities, hotels and commercial buildings.

Facilities Maintenance covers the skills required to maintain and renovate commercial and residential properties. Trainees are taught basic skills in construction safety, electricity, carpentry, plumbing, and air conditioning maintenance. Training also includes gypsum application, masonry and tiling.
