The Guidance and Welfare Programme is an integral part of the trainees’ learning experience at the NESC. It is designed to promote a sense of individual well being and covers career, educational and personal/social components.
The role of the Guidance and Welfare Officer is to facilitate the growth and development of each trainee in a learning environment and as such the processes of guidance, counseling, information, consulting, referral and assessment are utilized to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive programme.
