The Placement Unit is the main point of contact for employers wishing to recruit and engage graduates and apprentices.

Through close collaboration with industry the NESC seeks to fill the craft and technician level needs of organizations across all industrial sectors.

The Placement Unit actively assists graduates in their search for employment. It provides both graduates and trainees with career-pathing services and overall personal development assistance. Immediately prior to completion of their various training programmes, trainees are exposed to a “world of work” seminar which reinforces the interviewing and professional deportment skills they would have learnt through their ‘Life-skills’ training and goes deeper, with frank and open discussions about employer expectations, employee benefits and self-employment options.

Employers are invited to contact the Placement Unit of the NESC to strengthen their workforce through recruitment of NESC’s Graduates.
